The one aspect of dentistry that I enjoy the most is the people, dentistry has provided me the opportunity to serve and get to know a lot of wonderful people. If I had to name my favorite procedures in dentistry it would be the oral surgery and endodontic (root canal) aspect, primarily because these procedures allow me to help relieve pain from suffering patients. Overall it has been a wonderful profession. I am extremely grateful for a wonderful family, staff and patients who have made it all possible.

Dr. Neville is married to Gracelyn. They have 5 girls Rozlyn, Bethany, Lydia, and Hannah. Loves to mountain bike, play tennis, racquetball and pickleball.

Doctor Facts

Dr. Jeff Neville Graduated from the University of Utah in 1999 with a Bachelors degree in Medical Biology. He graduated at the top of his class from Nova Southeastern University Ft. Lauderdale Florida in 2004 with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. Dr. Jeff Neville performed a year of advanced dental training in a General Practice Residency program at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in 2005.

Opened Layton Hills Dental Care in 2006.

Performed dental missions to Brazil.
Served as a volunteer and teach college courses at the LDS Business College on a weekly basis.

Dr. Tim Harrison

Dr. Tim Harrison is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management from BYU-Idaho. He then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry through the Idaho Dental Education Program. He graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, in recognition of his academic achievement and commitment to the profession. He provides a full range of services including restorative, cosmetic, preventative and emergency treatments. He is passionate about offering quality, evidence based care for his patients while prioritizing comfort and patient autonomy. He is committed to educating his patients to empower them to make good decisions regarding their oral health.

In his free time, Dr. Harrison loves to play tennis and pickleball, listen to audiobooks, and spend time with his wife and kids. They love to go on walks as a family and explore the outdoors.

Dr. Harrison is excited to work with our team to provide the best comprehensive dental care possible, and he is looking forward to getting to know all of our wonderful patients here at Layton Hills Dental Care.

Karen Martinez has been in the dental field for 16 years, managing the team at Layton Hills Dental for the past 15 years. She has an Associates Degree with a Business emphasis from Stevens-Henager College. Karen loves the dental field and enjoys educating and working with patients to make their experiences here at Layton Hills Dental optimal.

Karen spent most of her youth growing up in Oregon and has spent her adult years here in Utah. Karen enjoys hiking, and really anything outdoors. Mostly, in her spare time, she loves spending time and relaxing with her husband, son and two daughters.

Martie has been part of the Layton Hills Dental team for the past 11 years. She has participated in the dental field for 13 years and loves working with the public. She is currently finishing her Communications/Healthcare Bachelors Degree at Weber State University.

Personal

Martie was born and raised in Mesquite, Nevada and made the move to Utah 6 years ago when she married her college sweetheart. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and 3 young sons, reading and participating in outdoor recreational activities.

Kim Graduated from Weber State University majoring in Dental Hygiene and minoring in Latin American Studies as summa cum laude in 2001. She has worked in private practice and as a clinical instructor at WSU since graduation. She played on the Weber State soccer team and currently runs, mountain bikes, and snow boards. She also coaches soccer and is a ride leader with her kids mountain bike team. She has 4 kids with whom she loves to spend her time.
